Tilt and Retract System - TRS

The Need

• The VollayT V8000 TRS has been designed to provide a shading system which can shade when required however fully retract when not in use.
• Have a larger Blade size - 150 or 200mm in extruded aluminium tempered to T6 for superior rigidity.
• Include a locking system to secure the venetians during wind gusts.

• Provide a system using an extruded aluminium Blade with larger sizes to provide a more open look.
• To have separate Tilt and Lift functions.
• To be able to operate the Blade through 170º.

• The system has a choice of an extruded curved aluminium Blade in 150 and 200mm widths.
• Rotation of the Blade is via a separate Motor, while retraction/lowering is by a second Motor operating through a reduction gearbox.
• The Blades are secured within side channels which allow Blades to rotate, lift and lower.
• The Blades are spaced using a stainless steel Ladder tape and connect to the Blade using an aluminium clamp.
• The ability to integrate the system with C-Bus Systems or to be controlled by switches.

• The Blades and Blade Holders are manufactured from extruded aluminium to AS1866:1997 eliminating the maintenance problems other systems have using plastic blade holders which become brittle.
